A Evening of Stories, Guided Ancestorial Meditation, Tarot, Candle Craft & Sound Bath

As the wheel of the year turns and autumn gives way to winter, join us for A Night Beyond the Veil—an intimate evening inspired by the traditions, folklore and symbolism of Samhain.

We’ll share stories of the Aos Sí, while we explore the traditions of honouring ancestors, the turning of the seasons and the symbolism behind some of the Halloween customs we still practice today.

Then, we’ll step beyond the history and into our own experience.

Guided Meditation

We’ll settle into a guided Samhain-inspired meditation, taking a moment to honour our ancestors, reflect on those who came before us and offer gratitude to the land that holds us.

If you’d like, bring a photograph, amulet or meaningful object connected to an ancestor or loved one you’d like to remember during the evening.

Tarot Reading

Each guest will draw a tarot card and we’ll explore its symbolism and meaning.

Rather than focusing on predicting the future, we’ll use the card as a tool for reflection—considering what its imagery, themes and symbolism might have to say about where we are now.

Candle Magic

Your card will become the inspiration for your own handmade candle.

You’ll hand- carve your candle with a symbol inspired by your tarot card, and then roll it in select herbs and botanicals that complement its meaning.

You’ll leave with something you created yourself—a candle carrying the symbolism and intention of your evening.

Sound Bath

We’ll close our evening with a sound bath, giving you time to settle, reflect and simply be.
